Eligibility & Admission Procedure

B.E / B.Tech

Govt. Quota – Based on the cut off marks obtained in the higher secondary (10+2) examination.

Mgt. Quota – Based on the entrance exam conducted by Association of Management of Chennai Anna University Affiliated Colleges

Qualifying Examinations: HSC Academic / Equivalent

Candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least the minimum aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics put together category wise.

Minimum Eligibility Marks

General Category (OC) – 45% marks in aggregate

BC / BCM / MBC / DNC / SC / SCA / ST Category – 40% marks in aggregate

Qualifying Examinations: Diploma

B.E. / B.Tech. – Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry)

Based on the percentage marks obtained in the Diploma (10+3/12+2) examination.

Mgt. Quota – Based on the entrance exam conducted by Association of Management of Chennai Anna University Affiliated Colleges

Candidates who have passed 10+3 or 12+2 years Diploma / B.Sc (any stream) Examination recognized by Central / State Governments with Mathematics as compulsory subject.

Minimum Eligibility Marks

General Category (OC) – 55% aggregate in all Semester marks put together

BC / BCM Category – 50% aggregate in all Semester marks put together

MBC / DNC / SC / SCA / ST Category – 45% aggregate in all Semester marks put together

M.E. / M. Tech. Degree Programme – First Year

Based on the entrance (TANCET / CET / GATE) marks conducted by the Anna University & Association of Management of Coimbatore Anna University Affiliated Colleges

Pass in a recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration and obtained at least 50% (45% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.

10 + 2 + 3 / 4 Years Pattern

E / B.Tech

MBA/MCA

Pass in a recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration and obtained at least 50% (45% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.

Based on the entrance (MAT / TANCET / CET) marks conducted by the Anna University & Association of Management of Coimbatore Anna University Affiliated Colleges
